Les Florêts :

Thierry and Dominique Bernard, whose family has been established at Les Florêts in the commune of Gigondas since 1960, invite you to visit them.

First enjoy the magnificent terrace, shaded by over century-old tress of a variety of genus, then cast your eyes out over the panoramic view, the freshness of the flowers that colour this verdant setting nestling in the heart of the famous Gigondas vineyard. We make improvements every year, with the different parts of the house being constantly refreshed.

The cuisine is designed by master chef Franck Parys. In the food he creates a certain level of classism in his choice of produce together with creativity for the dishes themselves make for pure bliss in the plate.

Extra special care is given to choosing the wines for the wine list, highlighting wines from the family estate and, of course, wines from the many Gigondas estates, as well as many excellent estates in the neighbouring villages.
